The jacket will fit a guy who wears a 44 jacket, the pants are flat front 36″ waist with belt loops. The inseam is 30″ and there is not enough fabric in the hems to drop them – check the overall length of 43″ against pants you own to see if you can work these. The suit has partied hard and has signs of wear – well worn but an authentic 70s party suit at a price that reflects the condition.
