As an internet based business, we prefer to handle general inquiries via email, but due to customer demand, we know that there are times when talking to a living, breathing human being can be helpful. If you have questions about merchandise shipping or are having problems while ordering, give us a call and we'll do our best to help sort things out. Certain questions and inquiries are better handled by email, such as requesting extra measurements, color verification, etc.
NO orders are taken over the phone.
We cannot place an order FOR you over the phone. WHY the hell NOT? Well don’t get pissed but, we prefer to keep our customers' personal payment information secure. We NEVER see your payment details aside from a financial institution transaction number that is related to the payment of your order. And that’s the way uh huh, we like it.
