60s Vintage Campus mens coat M

1960s vintage belted retro pile lined coat. This coat is overall in pretty good shape with no major signs of wear, although it is missing a button on one of the flap pockets. The outside has a cotton / canvas feel, inside it is lined with the same thick pile of the collar. The arms are quilted. 

It falls oddly at the bottom as clearly visible in the full length pics. It seems as though it is caused by the way the lining is sewn in at the bottom. Pretty sure someone handy with sewing could fix this, or just cut the lining slightly to release the tension. That is not our wheel house, so we will just list it cheap so you can make alterations. Check the actual measurements below against a coat that has the fit you want.
